Yep, we’re still here. Pushing the Great British food boundaries with some fab food for 2015.

Here’s a great Lunch Menu – 2 courses £13, 3 courses £15.

Available 12-7pm Mon-Friday, 6pm on a Saturday

First course

Soup of the day
British mussels in cider and tarragon
Devilled chicken livers, toast
Baked beetroot, goats cheese & horseradish (V)
Whisky and orange cured salmon


Second course

Shin beef: slow-braised with sweet potato mash (Bill’s hint: order some carrots and celery)

Chowder: chicken and pressed sweetcorn in a creamy vegetable sauce

Smoked haddock: fishcakes in white wine sauce (Bill’s hint: gotta have some thick-cut chips)

Sea bream:  with a spicy sausage and tomato stew (Bill’s hint: lovely with a house salad)

Glamorgan sausages: vegetarian sausage, cherry tomatoes & fried egg (V)

(Bill’s hint: order some chips with this)


Puddings

Our famous sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and ice cream
Eccles cake with ginger custard
Winter berry Eton mess
British cheeseboard (£2 extra)
Beckleberry’s ice cream selection
