First course

Pressed chicken livers – Artful Baker toast and house chutney
Split pea and ham soup
Prawn cocktail – Marie Rose dressing
Blue cheese tart – great blue cheese from Sedgefield (V)
Curried Teesdale mutton – on an Artful Baker flatbread

Second course

Roast turkey – creamed sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, roasted parsnips
Rare-breed pork belly – lentils and potatoes
Turnip haggerty – layered turnip, Morden Blue, mustard greens (V)
North sea fish casserole – butterbeans, tomato & Somerset cider
Raby Castle venison sausage casserole – with spiced sausage & tomato
Smoked haddock kedgeree – Made with British pearl barley
