Packed to the rafters for old -school Flat Irons

Packed to the rafters last night, which is great for a Wednesday. So thank you if you joined us, if not, you missed one heck of a night!

Lots of our cool punters were keen to try our fantastic Flat Iron Steak. *note to self, “get more Flat Irons for next Wednesday”

It’s a great old-school cut of meat, sometimes known as Butcher’s Steak. We only allow it to be cooked to medium-rare at most, as anything further than that would be sacrilegious and would give a somewhat of a rubbery texture.

We sold out and comments were superb. Especially about the fab roasted bone marrow that it comes with. Wow!
